We (the folks at Grey Fox Consulting, llc, or "GFC") run this site and would love for you to use it. We hope you love our products and services. Our mission is to guide leaders to optimum states of performance while enjoying a Good Life.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe our commitments to you, and your rights and responsibilities when using our services. Please read them carefully and reach out to us if you have any questions. If you don’t agree to these Terms, don’t use our services.

ARBITRATION NOTICE: YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND US WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, AND YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. BELOW, THESE TERMS EXPLAIN SOME EXCEPTIONS AND HOW YOU CAN OPT OUT OF ARBITRATION.

A. Terms

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern all use of the optimalaf.com website (“Website”) and all content, services, and products offered by or its affiliates, including, but not limited to, associated blogs, forums, and websites, including greyfoxconsulting.com and any successor website, as well as any non-fungible token (“NFT”), digital wallet (“Wallet”) connectivity, or other blockchain-based services (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are owned and perated by GFC or its affiliates. The Services are offered subject to your acceptance without modification of these Terms, our Privacy Policy and all other applicable terms (including any NFT-specific licenses or terms), rules, policies, and procedures that may be published from time to time on the Website or other Services (collectively, the “Agreement”).

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Services. By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to
become bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, then you may not access the Website or use any Services. The Services are available only to individuals who are at least 13 years old.

B. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Optimal AF's web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. Further, Optimal AF does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

D. Limitations

In no event shall Optimal AF or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Optimal AF's Internet site, even if Optimal AF or a Optimal AF authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

E. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Optimal AF's web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Optimal AF does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Optimal AF may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. Optimal AF does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

Optimal AF has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet web site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Optimal AF of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user's own risk.

G. Site Terms of Use Modifications

Optimal AF may revise these terms of use for its web site at any time without notice. By using this web site you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use.

H. Governing Law

Any claim relating to Optimal AF's web site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions. General Terms and Conditions applicable to Use of a Web Site.

I. Refund Policy

Except as set out in this agreement, all sales are final.

Refunds are not given on the Mediator Release Test (MRT) by Oxford Biomedical once the test kit has been shipped to you. If your kit has not shipped and you would like a refund, please contact us through the contact page on this website.

Once you access or download any Digital Content that you purchase, you no longer have the right to a cancel your purchase of that Digital Content.

If you have purchased private coaching (with a live coach) you have seven days from purchase for which to request a refund. Refunds are on a case by case basis and are explained in your coaching agreement (available only to those in private coaching packages).

J. Miscellaneous

The Agreement (together with any other terms we provide that apply to any specific Service) constitutes the entire agreement between GFC and you concerning our Services. If any part of the Agreement is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part is severable from the Agreement, and does not affect the validity or enforceability of the rest of the Agreement. A waiver by either party of any term or condition of the Agreement or any breach thereof, in any one instance, will not waive such term or condition or any subsequent breach thereof.

GFC may assign its rights under the Agreement without condition. You may only assign your rights under the Agreement with our
prior written consent.
